FAQ
Do you shoot destination weddings?
Yes! I'm a huge fan! Why have a one day wedding when you can have a 3 or 4 day wedding experience with your closest friends and family in an exotic location! If you will be at a resort, and you get me a room for 2 nights, I throw in Rehearsal Dinner coverage and a day after couples shoot! Contact me for a quote, my rates vary depending on the month, day and location of your wedding.
Will there be a second shooter?
I only have a 2nd photographer if I have over 200 guests. If a bride just wants a 2nd photographer for more photos, it's an extra $500.
Should I do a "First Look"?
I'm a huge fan of doing a "First Look"! I've experienced and captured the emotions felt in doing a "First Look" and seen the groom be just as emotional seeing the Bride coming down the aisle. The reason is because the "First Look" is personal but when the Bride walks down the aisle, and all the guests are standing and watching, it's still a vert intense, and electric emotion. The energy is different because of the group, still intense just different.
What is your photographic style?
I am documentary style photographer, also called journalistic or paparazzi style. That means I primarily shoot candid, in the moment style images, as opposed to posing lots of shots. That being said, I do shoot posed family photos, and I set up some stylized posed shots of the bride & groom and the bridal party. My ratio is about 80/20 candid to posed. My goal is to capture the bride and groom candidly interacting with each other and friends and family!
When will I receive my wedding images and video?
I typically finish editing a wedding in 5 days and post the gallery. I email the gallery link and download pin to my bride. Video takes about 2 weeks to complete.
